For the week of October 28th through November 3rd the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 10 calls.

 October 29 — Dispatched for burning electrical wires at the Yardley Train Station on South Main Street.

October 30 — Dispatched for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for Engine 0 to respond for an apartment fire at Americana Terrace, on Plaza Boulevard.

October 31 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Woodford Lane, in the Heacock Meadows development. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at Makefield Elementary School, on Makefield Road.

November 1 — Dispatched for four calls. The first call was for burning electrical wires at the intersection of Letchworth Avenue and River Road. The second call was for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Powder Horn Drive, in the Dolington Estates development. The third call was for burning electrical wires near the Yardley Train Station, on South Main Street. The fourth call was for a gas leak when a construction crew hit the gas line on South Crescent Boulevard, near Kathryn Court.

November 2 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Margery Road, near Michael Road.

November 3 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Country Hills Road, in the Woodlands development.
