For the week of December 4 th through December 10 th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 7 calls.

December 6 — Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at an
office in Makefield Executive Quarters, on Oxford Valley Road. The second call was for a dwelling fire
on Farmview Drive, in the Penns Fields development. The third call was for an activated carbon
monoxide alarm at a home on South Crescent Boulevard, near Ramsey Road.
December 7 — Dispatched for an auto extrication at the intersection of Stony Hill Road and
Route 332, where firefighters had to cut 2 males out of a car.
December 8 — Dispatched for a dwelling fire on Princess Drive, between Baron Drive and
Viscount Road.
December 10 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at
Sunrise Assisted Living, on Stony Hill Road. The second call was for a special assignment to assist the
squad with a patient in the Brookstone development, off Township Line Road.
Year to date, the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 512 calls. For
