For the week of October 30 th through November 5 th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 8 calls.

October 31 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a business on West College Avenue,
near South Main Street.
November 1 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at a
business on West College Avenue, near South Main Street. The second call was for an activated carbon
monoxide alarm at a home on Fieldstone Court, near Bluestone Drive.
November 2 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Ramsey Road, near Weber
Drive.
November 3 — Dispatched for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient at the
intersection of Bluestone Drive and Crystal Court.
November 4 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at Manor Care Health Services, on
Oxford Valley Road.
November 5 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an apartment fire at the Polo
Run Apartments, on Yardley Langhorne Road. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a
home on Long Acre Lane, in the Yardley Estates development.
