For the week of November 23rd through November 29th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 10 calls.

November 23 — Dispatched for four calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at the PAWC water treatment plant on Edgewood Road, near the railroad crossing. The second call was for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient on Polo Run Drive, near Yardley Langhorne Road. The third call was for a mutual aid assist to Langhorne (Station 22), for Ladder 80 to respond for burning electrical wires inside a home on Hickory Lane, in the Big Oak Crossing development. The fourth call was for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient on Sumter Drive, in the Yardley Hunt development.

November 24 — Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Falls (Station 30), for Engine 0 to respond for an apartment fire at the Castle Club Apartments, on West Trenton Avenue. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a business on South Main Street. The third call was for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for Engine 0 to respond for an apartment fire on North Delmorr Avenue, near Corliss Avenue.

November 27 — Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Winthrop Drive, in the Yardley Hunt development. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at Heartis Senior Living, on Oxford Valley Road. The third call was for a gas leak at a home on East School Lane, near Makefield Road.
