For the week of March 9th through March 15th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 8 calls.

March 9 — Dispatched for a mutual aid assist to Fairless Hills (Station 31), for Ladder 80 to respond for a hazardous materials incident near a business on North Oxford Valley Road.

March 10 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Rock Run Road, in the Valley Green development.

March 11 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Buck Creek Drive, in the Buck Creek Estates development.

March 14 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for burning electrical wires near Lantern Court, in the Yardley Station development. The second call was for a mutual aid assist to Falls (Station 30), for Ladder 0 to respond for an apartment fire on Sweetbriar Road, near West Trenton Avenue.

March 15 — Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for a rubbish fire next to a home on Madison Drive, in the Yardley Hunt development. The second call was for a fire investigation on Edgewood Road, near Long Acre Lane. The third call was for a brush fire on Dolington Road, near the Interstate 295 overpass.
