For the week of February 17th through February 23rd the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 12 calls.

February 18 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at an office in the Lower Makefield Corporate Center, on Stony Hill Road. The second call was for a small brush fire on Interstate 295, in the center median, near the Stony Hill overpass.

February 19 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a brush fire on Interstate 295, in the Eastbound lanes, near the Stony Hill overpass. The second call was for a mutual aid assist to Upper Makefield (Station 71), for Rescue 80 to respond for an auto extrication at the intersection of Washington Crossing Road and Dolington Road.

February 20 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Upper Makefield (Station 71), for Ladder 0 and Engine 0 to respond for a dwelling fire on Beechwood Drive, near Bruce Road. The second call was for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Anderson Road, near Springdale Terrace.

February 21 — Dispatched for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Sheffield Road, in the Makefield Glen development.

February 22 — Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Doe Trail Lane, in the Buck Creek Estates development. The second call was for a mutual aid assist to Langhorne (Station 22), for Rescue 80 to respond for an auto extrication on Yardley Langhorne Road, near Bridgetown Pike. The third call was for a chimney fire on Yardley Newtown road, near Houston Road.

February 23 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient on North Delaware Avenue, near Flud Avenue. The second call was for a fire investigation of smoke in the area of Stony Hill Road and the railroad crossing.
