For the week of January 20th through January 26th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 5 calls.

January 21 — Dispatched for a mutual aid assist to Langhorne (Station 22), for Rescue 80 to respond for an auto extrication at the intersection of South Buckstown Road and Oxford Valley Road.

January 23 — Dispatched for “gas fumes” in the area of Fountain Road and East Wellington Road, in the Yardley Run development.

January 24 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Kirkbride Circle, in the Palmer Farm development.

January 25 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at the Continental Tavern, on North Main Street. The second call was for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on South Main Street, near Letchworth Avenue.
