For the week of July 22nd through July 28th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 20 calls.

 July 22 — Dispatched for seven calls. The first four calls were for burning electrical wires outside a home on Quarry Commons Drive, near Creamery Road, outside a home in the Yardley Commons development, off South Main Street, outside a home on Flint Road, in the Highland Gate development, and near a home on South Bell Avenue. The fifth call was for a mutual aid assist to Langhorne (Station 22), for Ladder 80 and Rescue 80 to respond for a dwelling fire on Yardley Langhorne Road, near Township Line Road. The sixth call was for an auto extrication on Oxford Valley Road, near the Riverstone Church. The seventh call was for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Harvey Avenue, near Green Ridge Road.

July 23 — Dispatched for four calls. The first call was for burning electrical wires outside a home on Sandy Run Road, near Reading Avenue. The second call was for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Edgewood Road, near Woodland Road. The third call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on West College Avenue, near Penn Valley Drive. The fourth call was for burning electrical wires outside a home on Williams Lane, off Big Oak Road.

July 24 — Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at Arden Courts Nursing Home, on Stony Hill Road. The second call was for a dwelling fire at a home on Beechwood Lane, near Dolington Road. The third call was for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Wheatsheaf Road, in the Fairfield development.

July 25 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at the Shell Gas Station, on Oxford Valley Road. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Weinmann Way, near Moyer Road.

July 26 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at The Vault Brewing Company, on South Main Street. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Prospect Farm Drive, off Dolington Road.

July 27 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a brush fire near the Shell Gas Station, on Oxford Valley Road. The second call was for a mutual aid assist to Upper Makefield (Station 71), for Engine 0 to respond for an activated fire alarm at a business on General Washington Memorial Boulevard.
