For the period of May 6th through May 12th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 8 calls.

 

May 6 — Dispatched for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Hunters Court, in the Yardley Corners development.

May 7 — Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at Arden Courts Nursing Home, on Stony Hill Road. The second call was for another activated fire alarm at Arden Courts Nursing Home, on Stony Hill Road. The third call was for a mutual aid assist to Falls (Station 30), for Engine 0 to respond for an apartment fire at the Rock Springs Apartments, on West Trenton Avenue.

May 8 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Langhorne (Station 22), for Engine 80 to respond for an activated fire alarm at a home in the Shady Brook development, on Village Road. The second call was for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient on Independence Drive, in the Centennial Village development.

May 9 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Franklin Circle, in the Palmer Farm development.

May 10 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Michael Road, near River Road.
