For the week of March 4th through March 10th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 13 calls.

March 4 — Dispatched for four calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Kirkbride Circle, in the Palmer Farm development. The second call was for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for Ladder 0 to respond for a dwelling fire on East Palmer Street. The third call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Silo Road, in the Mirror Lake development. The fourth call was for a mutual aid assist to Langhorne (Station 22), for Ladder 80 and Engine 80 to respond for a fire at Maple Point Middle School, on Yardley Langhorne Road.

March 5 — Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Upper Makefield (Station 71), for Ladder 0 and Engine 0 to respond for a working fire at a home on Lafayette Drive, in the Lafayette Place development. The second call was for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient on Woodview Road, near Scarlet Oak Road. The third call was for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient on South Dove Road, in the Heacock Meadows development.

March 6 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a dwelling fire at a home on American Drive, in the Centennial Village development. The second call was for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for Ladder 0 to respond for a working fire on South Washington Street, near Moreau Street.

¬†March 7 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Newtown (Station 45), for Ladder 80 and Engine 80 to respond for a building fire on Yardley Newtown Road. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Cinnabar Lane, in the Meadow Brook development.

March 8 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for Ladder 0 to respond for a chimney fire at a business on East Bridge Street. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Makefield Road, near Homestead Drive.
