For the week of October 22nd through October 28th, the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 9 calls.

October 22 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Timber Lakes Drive, in the Timber Lakes development. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at the Church of Latter Day Saints, on Pine Grove Road.

October 23 — Dispatched for an activated water flow alarm at a home on Fillmore Way, in the Regency development.

October 24 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home in the Rose Hollow development, near Cardinal Drive.

October 25 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Langhorne (Station 22), for Ladder 80 to respond for a working fire at TGI Friday’s, on Middletown Boulevard. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Country Hills Road, in the Woodlands development.

October 27 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for burning electrical wires near a home on South Crescent Boulevard, near Colonial Ridge Drive. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Gates Circle, in the Yardley Hunt development.

October 28 — Dispatched for a rubbish fire on Silverwood Drive, in the Dolington Estates development.
