For the week of March 19th through March 25th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 12 calls.

March 19 — Dispatched for a marine rescue at a pond behind one of the buildings in the Polo Run Apartment complex on Yardley Langhorne Road.

 March 20— Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on North Delaware Avenue, near Maple Avenue. The second call was for a mutual aid assist to Upper Makefield (Station 71), for Ladder 0 and Engine 0 to respond for a dwelling fire on Canal Road West. The third call was for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient on Quarry Commons Drive, near Dolington Road.

March 21 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Yorkshire Drive, in the Afton Chase development.

March 24 — Dispatched for four calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for Engine 0 to respond for a building fire at Burns Pharmacy, on North Pennsylvania Avenue. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home in the Palmer Farm development, on Township Line Road. The third call was for a chimney fire at a home on Heller Drive, in the Makefield Chase development. The fourth call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Mill Road, near Grindan Drive.

March 25— Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Elbow Lane, in the Yardley Crest Development. The second call was for burning electrical wires inside a home on South Canal Street, near Letchworth Avenue. The third call was for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient on Clover Hill Court, in the Yardley Corners development.
