For the week of May 29th through June 4th the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 13 calls.

 May 29 — Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Mercer County Station 32 (Pennington Road Fire Company), for Ladder 0 to respond and cover their district while all their units were tied up at a dwelling fire. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Moyer Road, near Oxford Valley Road.

 May 31 — Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for a special assignment to assist the squad with a patient on Morgan Road, near Maple Avenue. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on North Crescent Boulevard, near Edgewood Road. The third call was for an activated carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Trowbridge Drive, near Lindenhurst Road.

May 25 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at a home on Weber Drive, near Ramsey Road.

June 1 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at William Penn Middle School, on Derbyshire Road.

 June 2 — Dispatched for five calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Sandy Run Road, near College Avenue. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Brookfield Road, in the Brookfield development. The third call was for a fire investigation on River Road, near Kathy Drive. The fourth call was for a marine rescue on the Delaware River, in the area of Robinson Place. The fifth call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on North Crescent Boulevard, near Terracedale Road.

June 3 — Dispatched for an activated fire alarm at Christine’s Restaurant, on Oxford Valley Road.

June 4 — Dispatched for “fumes in the dwelling” at a home in the Cornerstone development, on Township Line Road.
